Qingzhen hosts observation tour for homestay industry

Approximately 300 participants of the 2025 Guizhou Homestay Industry Development Conference visited Qingzhen for an observation tour on Nov 14. Divided into two routes, the group visited unique local homestays and supporting projects, gaining firsthand insight into how the homestay industry integrates with cultural tourism and the wellness sector.

The observation group first visited Seaview Art Street, a benchmark project for integrating culture and tourism in Qingzhen. It organically combines an art block with an outdoor camp.

Participants then visited two local homestays, both of which leveraged natural landscapes to create comfortable, immersive spaces. Their refined operation and distinctive positioning demonstrated innovative product development and business integration models.

The selected sites preserve rural culture and natural scenery while meeting modern travel demands. Qingzhen's practices provide valuable models for deep industry convergence across the province.
