The event, employing a three-in-one approach of "policies, positions, and services", provided an efficient platform for individuals and employers to connect, resulting in a bustling atmosphere and enthusiastic engagement.
Focused on the demands of strategic emerging industries and key sectors, the job fair attracted 29 premium companies offering over 900 positions in areas such as cross-border e-commerce, education and training, new energy, and modern services.
A dedicated policy service area enabled staff members to act as "policy presenters", providing face-to-face explanations of grassroots employment subsidies, entrepreneurship loan guarantees, and internship allowances.
Qingzhen plans to closely monitor job search progress, providing individual follow-ups, employment guidance, and unique activities, such as a "Job Seeking Training Camp", to ensure continuous support for employment services, paving a solid path for college graduates' professional development.
