Qingzhen is advancing its "talent-driven development" strategy, aligning with industrial needs to enrich talent reserves and enhance service quality, providing talent support for its high-quality development.
The city has strengthened efforts to conduct 17 field surveys in various townships, vocational schools, enterprises, talent apartments, and innovation hubs and continuously optimize talent policies.
Through enterprise visits and talent attraction activities, a database of local talent has been established. Eight special job fairs for college graduates were held in Qingzhen vocational schools, with over 800 participating companies offering 29,131 jobs, resulting in the signing of 12,139 tentative employment agreements.
Focusing on education, healthcare, technology, and finance, Qingzhen has taken specific actions to attract health talent. By 2024, 396 teachers had been recruited, 10 health experts had been hired, 13 tech envoys had been secured, and three high-level economic and financial professionals had been brought in.
Qingzhen has collaborated with universities like Central South University to facilitate talent communication, promoting cooperation between government and academia. A delegation of 35 companies offering 177 jobs visited Chongqing, Changsha, Wuhan, and Tianjin, with preliminary agreements reached with 85 individuals.
Qingzhen has also established 36 teams of 144 talent service officers to serve 122 key enterprises in the city and implemented a system where Party committee members liaise with experts to provide welfare for experts. In 2024, 30 experts received a total of 30,000 yuan ($4,182) in gratitude funds.
