Qingzhen's 'Enterprise Home Reception Hall' optimizes business environment

In recent years, Qingzhen's "Enterprise Home Reception Hall" has focused on the needs of enterprises by providing comprehensive support for small and micro enterprises, significantly enhancing the business environment.

To date, the reception hall has served over 800 companies, addressed more than 400 requests, and conducted policy briefings for over 200 enterprises, receiving widespread acclaim from the business community.

To address the issue of limited meeting and training venues for small and micro enterprises, the "Enterprise Home" offers free access to multifunctional meeting rooms and business negotiation areas. These spaces are equipped with projectors, printers, and coffee and tea services. So far, the reception hall has hosted over 30 business meetings involving more than 400 participants, with project signings amounting to over 1.6 million yuan ($222,800).

The reception hall also serves as the main venue for the "Tuesday Private Enterprise Reception Day", which allows enterprises to voice their concerns and facilitates face-to-face discussions with relevant departments to resolve issues. To date, the reception hall has conducted 35 such events, resolving 16 issues raised by enterprises.

The hall also invites experts to conduct training sessions, focusing on themes such as tax reduction and entrepreneurship subsidies. It has organized a special session on tax incentives for new businesses, helping 26 enterprises receive over 500,000 yuan in tax refunds. 

Qingzhen plans to upgrade the functions of the "Enterprise Home Reception Hall" and enhance government-enterprise interaction channels, injecting new momentum into the city's high-quality development.
