A signing ceremony for agricultural industry projects was held on April 25 in Qingzhen, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
These include the Qingzhen WENS chicken industrial chain construction project, the Qingzhen DEKON pig industry development project, and the Qingzhen Wanmu Chinese medicinal materials planting and processing project. The investments were 292 million yuan ($40.02 million), 184 million yuan, and 150 million yuan, respectively, totaling around 626 million yuan.
Signing these projects is a specific measure to accelerate the development of modern and efficient urban agriculture in mountainous areas. Their implementation will improve the quality and efficiency of the city's agricultural industry and inject strong momentum into rural revitalization.
Ma Xiao, secretary of the Qingzhen municipal Party committee, said, "Signing the contracts is just the start. We will continue to focus on promoting project construction with every effort."
The city will establish a service team to provide supporting services, integrate innovation, industrial, capital, and talent chains, and accelerate the cultivation and development of new quality productive forces.
