Due to unfavorable weather conditions, grapes grown in the Youqi village of Qingzhen city, Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, had very poor sales this year.

Upon identifying a decrease in grape sales, proactive efforts were taken by local government officials and selected graduates to expand the distribution of the fruit by reaching out to nearby supermarkets and businesses. They also utilized their personal social networks on WeChat to share sales details and encourage their acquaintances to purchase the grapes.

Zhong Xuefei, a grape grower from the village, expressed his gratitude for their contributions, "Many grapes would have rotted without their help.”
