Qingzhen visited over 200,000 times during Duanwu

During the three-day Duanwu Festival holiday, which ran from June 3 to 5, Qingzhen city in Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, was visited a total of 209,850 times, generating 101.14 million yuan ($15.11 million) in tourism revenue.

Relying on its many tourism attractions, the city has developed a variety of tourist products for sightseers, recreation-seekers, vacationers and other kinds of tourists. It has arranged a series of performances, custom fairs and experience activities.

The city's Red Maple Lake, Dongdeng Lake and Yachi River have connected many small rural scenic spots, and three themed tourist routes were created, attracting many tourists driving personal cars.
