Guizhou university leaders visit local firms

The Guiyang government invited presidents and Party secretaries of Guizhou-based universities to visit several local enterprises in the city of Qingzhen on May 18. The trip aims to give college leaders a detailed understanding of the talent demands of local companies.

Several private as well as State-owned enterprises were visited, and college leaders and enterprise representatives exchanged insights on talent recruitment and retainment, offering constructive suggestions on the topic. Preferential housing policies for high-end personnel were also introduced.

The trip was part of the talent month campaign rolled out by Guiyang and Guian New Area.
