Siwawa in Hot Soup is a famous snack in Qingzhen. Made from fennel, hawthorn, flos magnoliae, pepper, codonopsis and other spices and Chinese herbal medicines, the hot soup improves digestion and nourishes the spleen. After rolling the condiments in flour and putting the dough into the hot soup, the dish is ready. The condiments include Chinese sauerkraut, coriander, green onion, houttuynia cordata, kelp, celery, mung bean sprouts, fried soybeans and more. The dish is unique in that the hot soup it uses makes the Siwawa more delicious.
