The Eight Great Bowls is a traditional dish of Qingzhen. It is so named because the dish is traditionally served in big bowls. After the inheritance and integration of traditional production techniques, the dish is now produced with the finest ingredients and has strong local characteristics. The Eight Great Bowls, four containing meat or fish, the other four containing vegetables, has beautiful colors and tastes light and smooth, its features making it a famous local dish in Qingzhen.
